Our way of "making pastry", is based on the craftsmanship of the processes and on a careful selection of the raw materials used. We always use fresh and genuine, high quality ingredients resulting from a careful selection of local, certified and organic farming products such as flour from selected grains, Apulian almonds, hazelnuts from the Langhe.

Our desserts:
In our artisan patisserie laboratory, we prepare very fine patisserie products with excellent quality ingredients and raw materials.

Among our desserts, dry products undoubtedly represent an important element of production. To begin with, 14 proposals that embrace dry pastries, from almond pastry to rum chocolate

In addition to our dry sweets, there are 4 different types of spreadable creams, made in different sizes.

Among these: pistachio cream, prepared with Bronte pistachios, ideal for filling our artisanal panettone and colombe.
